Due to the handmade nature of our tees, our handmade timeframe is ALWAYS listed in the banner at the top of the website.
- PLEASE consider the above before placing an order. We cannot offer refunds due to the handmade nature of our items.
- Once an order is shipped, please allow up to 5-7 business days for product arrival.
- You have 5 business days upon receiving to contact us with any issues of your order. Replacements will be sent in its place.
- Shop Southern Belle is not responsible for any shipment once it leaves our facilities. Refunds are not provided for missing shipments. Please contact the carrier provided in your tracking information (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for more information on how to retrieve your order.
