Shipping

Due to the handmade nature of our tees, our handmade timeframe is ALWAYS listed in the banner at the top of the website. 

    • PLEASE consider the above before placing an order. We cannot offer refunds due to the handmade nature of our items.
    • Once an order is shipped, please allow up to 5-7 business days for product arrival.
    • You have 5 business days upon receiving to contact us with any issues of your order. Replacements will be sent in its place. 

 

  • Shop Southern Belle is not responsible for any shipment once it leaves our facilities. Refunds are not provided for missing shipments. Please contact the carrier provided in your tracking information (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for more information on how to retrieve your order. 

 

FAQs

    • Do you have a size chart? 
      • Yes! All of our shirts are unisex and fit true to size. All listings should have a size chart attached. If you don't see one, you can always email us at info@southernbellewholesale.com

    • What exactly is SSB?
      • We are a high quality handmade applique and embroidery apparel company. We create all of our applique and embroidered items in house using only the best materials. ALL of these items come bonded to the shirt making it the absolute highest quality. The type of stitch that all of our designs get ensure that it will NOT fall apart! We have made it our goal to ensure that our apparel is the absolute best quality!
      • For our retail side, we do bring in other items that fit with our brand. We procure items from other companies with this same high quality standard. 

    • Can I still buy even if I don't have a boutique?
             Most definitely! Our wholesale side is locked for only wholesale customers. The website you see is for anyone to use! 

     

    • Can we pick up if we're local?
             We do now offer local pickup! Your order will not be ready the second you order it. Most of our items are handmade and made to order and fall within our 2-9 business day handmade time frame. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup from the same email address you received your order confirmation from. Our warehouse isn't open regularly to the public as we are first and foremost a manufacturing company. Once you receive your pickup email, you can pickup from our warehouse between the hours of 9-4 M-F. Our team is NOT available on Saturdays or Sundays for pickup. 

     

    • Do you sell your designs?
          We certainly do not sell our designs. MOST (not all) but most designs are created in house by our design team. Anyone copying designs created in house will be sent a cease and desist from our legal team.
