Exchange Policy
We do now accept exchanges within 2 weeks/14 days for RETAIL ONLY (wholesale is excluded from this offer as those items are final sale). We do not provide refunds but we do offer exchanges for that item or store credit. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer an exchange or store credit after that time. To be eligible for the exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Receipt/packing slip must be present in your return.
Sale Items
Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.
Shipping
To exchange your product, you can bring or mail it to: 110 Taylor Industrial BLVD, Hendersonville, TN 37075
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the item is received on our end, you will receive an email with your store credit code setup with the email you used during checkout. Store credit does expire one year from the date issued.
