Messaging us through social media is not the quickest way to reach out. 

Here are common FAQ

- I received my tracking number but my order has not moved in transit yet. It's  possible that the postal service has not yet scanned them into their system yet as we ship hundreds of orders daily and not everyone of them gets a scan. Please allow UP TO 2 business days for your order to show an update in the system. Orders are shipping within 2-9 business days.

- I applied for wholesale but haven't been approved. We typically review applications within 2-3 business days. If you already do embroidery of any capacity, you will not be approved.
