Job description:

We are a fast-growing apparel production company looking for a reliable Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. This position operates commercial Barudan embroidery machines producing high-quality embroidered apparel for retail and wholesale customers across the U.S.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a production environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and can maintain quality while working efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate Barudan commercial embroidery machines
• Hoop garments and prepare items for embroidery production
• Monitor embroidery runs to ensure thread quality, alignment, and stitch accuracy
• Trim threads and inspect finished garments for quality control
• Change thread colors and load designs as needed
• Keep machines clean and maintained for smooth operation
• Organize finished products for packing and shipping
• Work with the production team to meet daily order deadlines

Requirements

• Experience operating commercial embroidery machines preferred (Barudan, Tajima, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot embroidery errors
• Ability to work efficiently in a production/warehouse environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to manage multiple embroidery heads at once
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Experience

• Barudan machine experience
• Apparel production or print/embroidery shop experience
• Knowledge of embroidery thread types and stabilizers
