WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- STANDARD Turnaround time is up to three weeks from your order date (check above for an accurate TAT due to covid19). This does not mean you will receive within three weeks, it means your order will SHIP within three weeks. The way this works, for example, if you ordered on Jan 1st, 2020 and the turnaround is 3 weeks, then your orders latest ship date would be Jan 22, 2020. Typical postal transit times are 5-7 business days.

WHY IS THE TURNAROUND SO LONG?
All of our items are HANDMADE and NOT premade. We are able to offer products at great prices which creates a huge influx of orders and every single order that comes through is a HANDMADE MADE TO ORDER item. The only items that are ready to ship can be found under our "Ready to Ship" tab and those typically ship within 2-3 business days. If a ready to ship item is ordered with a handmade made to order item, then it will still be under our normal turnaround time above.

MY CARD WAS CHARGED WHERE'S MY ORDER?
When you click "buy now" the "charge" is automatic. We do not have the ability to charge cards. Your order will ship within the handmade turnaround time listed above.
I don't see any monogram items anymore?
We've decided to temporarily take down any personalized items. We've had an overwhelming amount of customers order personalized items and leave no notes. Due to this issue, it delays the order because we have to hear back and then the order has to go back on the processing line. As of right now, we do not plan to add this tab back but may in the future.
- You have 48 hours from receiving to contact us with any issues.
- We do not accept returns on any handmade items. All items are handmade and made to order. Please check sizing prior to ordering - almost all of our items are unisex. If it's not, it will be listed as "LADIES CUT".
- We offer exchanges on orders that were sent incorrectly and if needs to be returned, MUST be in UNWORN/UNWASHED CONDITION. We do not offer refunds. RETURN MUST BE SENT WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE GIVEN RETURN LABEL. We absolutely do not accept returns if the item has been worn or washed or if not returned within this timeframe. The shirt will be returned back.

You have 7 business days from the day of receiving to return to us in the condition listed above. You will be emailed an online code for the website in the amount of the merchandise that was returned. You MUST contact us if we agree to this.
Personalized and handmade items:
- Nonreturnable and nonrefundable. Please ensure all initials are listed firstLASTmiddle and all sizes are correct. There will always be a list of how the item fits online (most of our items are unisex and if not, it will be listed as a ladies cut)
- Due to various screen resolutions, colors may vary from screen to screen. Any questions about a color, just ask!

Returns will be processed within a 5-7 business day window.
Order cancellations cannot be made. Every item we make is HANDMADE AND MADE TO ORDER. We stay super busy and we typically order the items immediately to be made hence why we do not cancel orders. PLEASE double check your order before placing. Upon ordering, you immediately agree to our terms.
