Return Policy and FAQ


-Turnaround time is up to three weeks from the order date. If more than four handmade items are purchased, the turnaround time can be 3-4 weeks.

You have 48 hours from receiving to contact us with any issues. 

- Must be in unworn, unwashed, condition. Tags must still be attached.
- Shoes must still be in their original box.
- Jewelry and accessories are nonreturnable due to health reasons.
- Must be returned within 7 business days

Web store credit:
You have 7 business days from the day of receiving to return to us in the condition listed above. You will be emailed an online code for the website in the amount of the merchandise that was returned. You MUST contact us if we agree to this.

Personalized and handmade items:
- Nonreturnable and nonrefundable. Please ensure all initials are listed firstLASTmiddle and all sizes are correct. There will always be a list of how the item fits online.
- Items that are handmade but not personalized typically can be exchanged for a different size just as long as the original is returned in its original condition
- Due to various screen resolutions, colors may vary from screen to screen. Any questions about a color, just ask!



We are not responsible for return shipping fees and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend to ship your return with tracking.
Returns will be processed within a 5-7 business day window.

Order cancellations cannot be made. Every item we make is HANDMADE AND MADE TO ORDER. We stay super busy and we typically order the items immediately to be made hence why we do not cancel orders. PLEASE double check your order before placing.
