Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within three to four weeks of the order date. All of our items are handmade & made to order, meaning we keep no inventory on hand. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow the typical 5-7 business days to see an update on your tracking.
Please consider the above before placing your order! We cannot offer refunds due to the handmade nature of our items. We can also not offer refunds on order that are still within the 5-7 business day delivery window.
Shop Southern Belle is not responsible for any shipment once it leaves our facilities. Refunds are not provided for missing/late/lost shipments. Please contact the carrier provided in your tracking information for more information on how to retrieve your order.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Upon receipt of your order, you have 48 hours to reach out regarding any issues with your order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be made.* Please see our size chart before ordering. All items are unisex sizing.
We do not offer cancellations for any order due to the handmade, made to order nature of our items!
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
*If a return is accepted, it must be unworn & unwashed. A store credit will be issued & emailed promptly. Please contact customer service for more assistance.
