We do ask to please allow up to 7 business days (this excludes weekends) from receiving your tracking number to see an update - though we always strive to be faster!
Shop Southern Belle is not responsible for any shipment once it leaves our facilities. Refunds are not provided for missing/late/lost shipments. Please contact the carrier provided in your tracking information for more information on how to retrieve your order or to file a claim directly with USPS.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
We do not offer order cancellations at this time and we do not accept returns due to the handmade nature of our items. Holiday items are non returnable. Due to the handmade nature of our products, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be made.* Types of issues that we validate a return is if the incorrect size was sent or if the item was damaged (ie. holes upon receiving but must contact us within 48 hours) Please see our size chart before ordering. All items are unisex sizing.
We do not offer cancellations for any order due to the handmade nature of our items! This includes colors varying from screen to screen - please note colors will ALWAYS vary from screen to screen as we use studio lighting.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
*If a return is accepted due to damaged item, it must be unworn & unwashed. A store credit will be issued & emailed promptly. Please contact customer service for more assistance.
