When will my order ship?/ Why is this your turnaround time?
Our tees are all handmade & made to order. Per our shipping section, we keep no inventory on-hand. We are a production company, not a boutique. Once an order is placed on our website, we order the blank tees from a shirt manufacturer, they send it to us, we receive it, embroider it, and ship it to you! We really mean it when we say we handmade your items!
If an item has been shipped but has not been delivered to you, you have 120 days to contact us (this is within the timeframe USPS shows labels are still active). After this timeframe, we can no longer remake, replace, or provide store credit. My card was charged, where’s my order?
When you click "buy now" the "charge" is automatic. We do not have the ability to charge cards. Your order will ship within the handmade turnaround time listed under “Shipping.”
Hand washing is highly recommended for all of our handmade tees. If washing, turn the shirt inside out, wash on delicate with a light load. DO NO DRY. Hang dry only.
For bleached tees, machine wash on cold (delicate) and DO NOT DRY. Hang dry only.
